I have had nothing but positive experiences here. They even helped me lower my bill after my insurance wouldn’t cover appointments. They even allow you to bring in your dogs during therapy! This is one of the best offices I’ve been to. My doctor through them worked hard to get me the meds I needed when video calls might have been a problem, he crossed the states to see me. Only problem I have is I can’t give more than 5 stars.

What to Expect from Therapy with REACH
At REACH, we are committed to providing exceptional, empathic, and evidence-based therapy and psychiatric services. Whatever your personal therapeutic journey involves, our expert team will listen to your needs, and develop a plan to address your individual concerns.
1.
The first step is you will have a conversation with our trained intake specialist, to discuss your issues and concerns. From there we will match you with a therapist and/or psychiatrist from our team, best suited for your needs.
2.
During your first session, your therapist will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your needs and your long-term goals. This will be monitored and adapted as necessary throughout your treatment. Our objectives are for you to understand the root cause of your feelings, develop skills to contain your feelings, and ultimately feel healthier and happier.
3.
As you or your loved ones begin the therapeutic journey, it is helpful to remember that healing and self-discovery take time. All of your life experiences, feelings, and perspectives developed over years and even decades take time to process. The healing process, and realizing how you are influenced in the present by those past experiences, also takes time.
4.
Our therapists are trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT is a type of mental health therapy that helps clients identify the cause of their feelings, thoughts, and actions. When you understand some of the underlying causes for your thoughts and feelings, it is possible to learn to manage them with the help of your therapist.
