Who can receive REACH’s services?
REACH provides services to both children and adults. Therapists are trained to address a variety of concerns, from anxiety and depression to marital and family therapy, eating disorders, grief, loss, ADHD, PTSD, and many more. REACH will work collaboratively with you to identify your main concerns and pair you with a caring, empathic professional in your area who specializes in the type of care you need.
How do I know which treatment option is right for myself or a loved one?
After listening to your problem or situation, we then select the most qualified member of our group of mental health experts to personally work with you to design the best treatment option for the best possible results. Your input is essential throughout the entire process. Treatment may include individual therapy sessions, family or couples sessions, or a combination of these that are based on your individual needs.
How do I pay for counseling?
REACH works to accept most commercial and public insurance programs, including clients covered under all Ohio Medicaid managed care plans. Clients or their parents/guardians may be financially responsible for REACH services that are not covered by Medicaid or private insurance. Clients or their parents/guardians will not be billed for any services without first being informed of and consenting to the service. If provided services are not covered by Medicaid or a client’s private insurance, the ability to pay for services will be considered and fees may be adjusted. More information, including the cost of services is available upon request.
