Frequently Asked Questions
Who can receive REACH’s services?
REACH provides services to both children and adults. Therapists are trained to address a variety of concerns, from anxiety and depression to marital and family therapy, eating disorders, grief, loss, ADHD, PTSD, and many more. REACH will work collaboratively with you to identify your main concerns and pair you with a caring, empathic professional in your area who specializes in the type of care you need.
How do I make an appointment?
The first step to scheduling an appointment is to call REACH at (216) 306-4885. A trained professional will have a confidential conversation about your concerns. If it is determined that counseling services may be beneficial, we will assist you in scheduling your first appointment.
REACH asks that if a client must cancel a scheduled appointment for any reason, that the client contact REACH at (216) 306-4885 at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment so that the client’s service provider can be notified of the cancellation. If a client is late for a scheduled appointment, that client’s appointment may be shortened so that the service provider can continue with other appointments as scheduled.
How do I know which treatment option is right for myself or a loved one?
After listening to your problem or situation, we then select the most qualified member of our group of mental health experts to personally work with you to design the best treatment option for the best possible results. Your input is essential throughout the entire process. Treatment may include family or couples sessions, or a combination of these that are based on your individual needs.
